Everything around was so green, beautiful, and quiet, with fresh air and that lovely smell of greenery. It was easy to relax there. I only stayed one night while waiting for my ride home, but the owners’ warm attitude stood out. They smiled and helped me every day. The old town setting gave the room a really nice interior, and the view from the window was unbelievably beautiful. The place was super clean, I slept well, and breakfast was included, which felt perfect for what I paid. With love, Valeria from Ukraine

The property sits in nature and has a well-kept pool with equipment. It’s a long way from the center, but at the foot of Civitanova Alta, less than a 1km walk away. The owner was very kind and attentive to what I needed. Rooms are very clean and have kitchenettes and living rooms, with everything needed for a longer stay. A great value for money, 5 stars.

Mrs. Nicoletta was kind and helpful, sharing directions and information, and breakfast was generous. This quiet place is at the foot of Civitanova Alta in a renovated family property, with both rooms and apartments and a large garden. The rooms have period furniture, and there’s a swimming pool too. Recommended.

This has become my favorite place in Civitanova Marche. I’ve stayed here three times and keep recommending it for the peaceful setting and handy location. The apartments are clean and have all the comforts you need. The owners are delightful and always willing to help with any need.
