The rooms are tiny. At check-in the owner only comes by for 5 minutes, and she isn't around for check-out. Breakfast is listed as included, but all she gives you is a paltry €3 voucher for a nearby bar.

The sea is only 700 meters away, with shops and restaurants an easy walk from the B&B. It’s also well placed for the Conero Mountains, lovely villages, and Loreto. Inside, I loved the tastefully furnished room and the welcoming, clean feel. There’s a nice living room with a coffee and tea machine, and breakfast is served at an elegant pastry shop. The owner was courteous and helpful, a truly lovely person. Thanks for the hospitality, I’d happily recommend it.

The themed rooms feel distinctive and thoughtfully furnished, and the beds are incredibly comfortable. Marilisa made the stay even better, she’s extremely friendly, helpful, and delightful. The B&B is handy for amenities, the train station, and the beach, where guests also get a discount. There are plenty of interesting places nearby, too. The price felt fair, and I’d definitely recommend it.

The breakfast voucher was for a lovely bar in the square next door, though it covered only coffee or cappuccino and a pastry. A juice or savory choice would be useful for guests who can’t eat sweets. We stayed one night, and the room was clean, with a minibar and coffee maker; parking was available for a small fee. The main drawback was noise late at night from a small shop selling alcohol on the street. I didn’t meet the owner, but she was very kind and helpful when she sent directions to the apartments. I’d gladly stay again. Thanks for the hospitality.
