The terrace was a lovely extra, and the apartment had everything useful, with fast, reliable WiFi. I spent 10 days at Timone 31 and loved how central it was, just five steps from the Piazza and a great base for exploring Civitanova. It was clean and modern, and Gianni was proactive from the start. Check-in was easy. Thanks for making the stay memorable. I’d happily recommend it. Grazie per tutti, ci vediamo presto! Benjamin

The yellow apartment’s terrace was fantastic. I’ve stayed in both the blue and yellow flats, and they were each modern and beautifully furnished, with comfortable beds. The location works perfectly: a few steps from the center, still quiet, and only a five-minute walk to the beach. Gianni and Antonella were so welcoming and friendly. Thanks for having us!

The apartment is pleasant, reasonably well kept, and right in the city center, though we could hear some noise from the neighbors. My boyfriend and I were there on a business trip, and the WiFi wasn’t working because, we were told, the owner’s bills hadn’t been paid. That caused serious trouble with our work and meant we couldn’t use the terrace and apartment as we’d hoped. We contacted the property several times but got no reply or fix. Such a shame.

The owners, Gianni and Antonella, were so kind, friendly, and attentive. The apartment itself was gorgeous and clean, with a convenient spot near both downtown and the beach. Highly recommended!

Everything was so well organized, and the owner was very kind. It’s a brand-new apartment in a central location, just five minutes from the sea. We arrived to find a cake and biscuits, water in the fridge, dishwasher and washing machine tablets, plus dish soap. Couldn’t have been better.
