It's a lovely place to come back to when you want to relax. The owners are extremely kind and courteous, and always available. The rooms are tidy and clean, and breakfast is excellent. It's tucked into nature, with the wind in the trees and cicadas singing. The sea is five minutes away, with public and private beaches at Porto Potenza, and a natural retreat just a few kilometers away. We'll definitely return.

Cristina and Antonio make you feel as if you've known them forever with the warm way they welcome you. It's a peaceful place, but also one where you can have unexpected encounters that make the stay even nicer. Sweet home! A big hug, and see you soon!

Breakfast was superb, by the way. The place is wonderful and so peaceful, kept in great shape and decorated in bright, cheerful colors that suit the owners. Cristina and Antonio are lovely, helpful, kind, and full of cheer. It was a pleasure meeting them, and we'll definitely come back for another visit. Thanks for everything.

Set among the Marche hills, this is an excellent base just a few kilometers from the sea and nearby sights, including villages, sanctuaries, and caves. The friendly owners, Cristiana and Antonio, were very welcoming and helpful. The beautiful Conero sea is also only a short distance away.
