I spent Christmas there, and Mrs. Paola was very kind. The room felt cozy and was clean. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh pastries and tarts she had provided.

The room and bathroom were clean, with a shower and fridge, though there was no bidet. The managers were very kind and attentive. Breakfast came with fresh pastries from the pastry shop, along with the usual coffee, cappuccino, biscuits, chocolate, jams, and so on. It’s very close to the Villa dei Pini clinic. Thanks to Mrs. Very kind Paola.

The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel at home, even though we were only there for a couple of days. The rooms were spacious and had every comfort. The place is right by the beach, which makes the location especially convenient. We’ll definitely be back soon, highly recommended!

The property is in a handy spot just steps from the sea and city center. My boyfriend, Paola, and I had a great time there. The owner is a truly lovely lady who made us feel like family. Our room was clean, welcoming, and had all the comforts.
