Some things really need improvement. The room Wi-Fi status was defective, the shower water wasn't warm, and the third-floor windows were blocked. Phone communication was limited, which made access difficult. The outlet hole is drilled vertically, so when you plug in a converter used by foreigners, it tilts and doesn't connect properly. The elevator button wouldn't press, and the bathroom ventilator was extremely noisy.

Dinner was so bad that I saw guests leave the dining room and go into the village to find food they could actually eat. Breakfast was a joke too, with inedible muesli, no hot option, and stale bread and cake. One couple didn't even have a toilet seat. In another room, a broken hairdryer kept switching on, and someone had expertly patched it with packing tape. There was also a huge dog abandoned next door, barking all the time. Maybe this place was nice in the 1960s. Not anymore.

The people working there were extremely friendly, and we felt very welcome. The hotel is beautiful, though most things are quite old and it doesn't really feel like a 4 Star hotel. Still, the price is extremely fair for what you get. We loved it and will return.

The rooms felt very dated, and the mattress sagged completely in the middle. The hairdryer didn't work either. The food was unpalatable, and tea came in glass jugs that went cold very quickly. Breakfast was inadequate, with very limited choices and no toaster. This isn't a 4☆ hotel, more like 1 or 2☆ at most.

The shower booth was the smallest I've ever seen. I could barely move in it. The air conditioning was bad, more like a fan, and it was turned off at night, making the room even hotter so I couldn't sleep. I stayed for two days, but when I came back to my room it hadn't been cleaned and the towels hadn't been changed. Breakfast was poor and the front desk was unkind.
