Villa Caterina

Simona greeted us cheerfully when we arrived, offered us coffee and made us feel at home straight away. Our small apartment was spotless and comfortable, with air conditioning, cleaning products and insect repellent. The bathroom was roomy, with a large shower, and the kitchenette had everything we needed: an induction cooktop, pots and pans, a moka pot, plates, glasses and cutlery. The bed was very large and had two mattresses, but was still comfortable. There was an indoor table with a TV, a basket and several cupboards, plus another table outside in a big garden with orange and lemon trees, a lovely place for breakfast. The apartment is 150 metres from the beach, close to the seafront and historic centre, with a grocery store and shops nearby for supplies. We were very happy with our stay. Thanks to Simona and her family for a fabulous vacation. We'll be back!

The outdoor garden is special, and having breakfast there was a pleasure. The place is only about 200 metres from the Sapri shoreline and sits in a very central spot. With a bit of planning, you can also get to the picturesque Maratea coast. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful. The renovated property is meticulously maintained, and the rooms were immaculately clean. The linens smelled lovely, the new mattress was very comfortable, and towels came straight from the laundry. They also provided plenty of coffee, sealed water in the fridge, oil, vinegar, salt and sugar. I found no negatives and highly recommend it.

This elegant, comfortable place is in a period villa, centrally located but absolutely quiet, and close to both the beach and its promenade. Bars, restaurants, grocery shops and ATMs are all nearby. The hospitality and kindness of sisters Cinzia and Simona were extraordinary. It was the kind of vacation you could wish for.

We had unforgettable days at Villa Caterina, and Cinzia was helpful from the moment we booked. Right in front of our apartment was a citrus grove with grapefruit and orange trees, and we had freshly squeezed juice in the mornings. The sea was just steps away, and the hospitality was excellent. Cinzia also gave us tips and directions for trips by sea or on foot, and everything was easy to reach. Sapri is well placed near the border with Basilicata. I recommend Villa Caterina for the value and her passion. Thank you, we'll be back soon.
