Navona House 56

This has become a new favorite after many trips to Rome. The room was bright, spacious and beautifully decorated, with an elegant bathtub and shower. Everything we needed was right outside, from the taxi rank to restaurants, bars and shops, and it's a minute's walk to piazza novona. The staff made our stay memorable and added balloons and bubbles in the room for my partner's 30th birthday. Thank you holidays suites Novona, you were amazing and didn't disappoint. We'll be back!

The location in central Rome was great, and the stay was affordable. The room was clean, air conditioned and tidied every day with fresh towels. It had a TV, and the lift worked well. There was a fridge in the room, plus a separate kitchen with a kettle and another fridge. Wi-Fi was there but very slow. We had only one key card for two people, which was awkward because the lights went out if the card wasn't in the reader inside the room. Self check-in was confusing: we couldn't work out how to open the door, and the cleaner let us in. We arrived during reception hours but couldn't find anyone at the desk or anywhere else. We saw the receptionist once, but had no communication with anyone during the stay.

The location and view were great, and the recently updated space was beautifully decorated. Our room was spacious, lovely and clean. Online check-in was quick, the entrance was easy to find, and the instructions were clear. I can't think of a single fault and would rush back.

I've stayed here several times, and it's been perfect every time. The rooms are super clean, everything is well organized, and the staff are really helpful. It's a gorgeous hotel right in the heart of the eternal city, in a perfect spot. Looking forward to coming back soon!
