Having a reserved parking spot right outside my room was priceless, especially for anyone with limited mobility. The owner was attentive and very helpful with what I needed, and I got all the care that made the stay comfortable. A really positive experience, highly recommended!

Domenico made us feel looked after from the start, with cold water, chocolates, and a bottle of sparkling wine waiting when we arrived. He also shared tips for places to eat and local beaches. Our room matched the pictures, the area is quiet, and the owners are very attentive. Highly recommend a holiday here. We’ll probably return next year.

Right beside the B&B is a sanctuary dedicated to the Virgin Mary, and with the quiet of the Marche countryside around it, we slept well. The sea isn’t far away. Rooms are simple but elegant, clean, and well maintained, and the Wi-Fi is free and good quality. Domenico is super friendly and always available. I offered him a few ideas for improving the place, and I’m sure he’ll take them on board.

I found Domenico’s place almost by chance while looking for an apartment for my sister and her family, including two children, for my daughter’s baptism. The host was kind, helpful, and easy to reach. The apartment is away from city traffic, surrounded by greenery, but close to all the amenities. It has what you need, including a welcome kit and a coffee machine with pods and water provided by Domenico. I’ll keep it in mind for future family visits.

The owners are welcoming, and the property is well cared for, surrounded by greenery. It’s on the edge of the same village in the municipality of Civitanova Marche, near the Sanctuary of the Madonna di Santa Maria Apparente. A very good B&B.
