The room looked out over the waterfront, and the hotel sits close to downtown Civitavecchia, with lots to see, do, and eat nearby. Loris was also a great source of advice for planning our outings. What made the stay so good was how attentive everyone was. Loris arranged our rides to and from the hotel and carried all our bags. Ambra kept us supplied with good food and coffee, and although we didn’t meet Rita, we got to enjoy her delicious cakes. They were all so friendly. I wish I could give them an even higher rating.

The balcony gave us a lovely place to relax after an adventurous train ride to Rome, and the cruise ship was within walking distance. La Casa Sul Mare is also conveniently close to the train and cruise port. Loris and Ambre made our first day in Italy feel special and welcoming. We felt right at home at this great B&B, and I wanted to make sure to thank them for their hospitality. God Bless you both!

Loris and Ambra treated us like royalty, and breakfast was great. They also gave us really good suggestions for lunch and dinner around town. The location is fantastic, and the ocean-view room was lovely. If you need somewhere to stay before or after a cruise, this is the place. Highly recommend it!

We picked La Casa Sul Mare for the night before our cruise, which was part of our honeymoon, and it felt magical. Loris and Ambra welcomed my husband and me so warmly and did everything they could to make us comfortable. Their kindness made those first days as newlyweds feel even more special. They shared recommendations, made sure we had what we needed, and helped us sort out the cruise logistics. They felt like guides and friends as much as hosts. Our room was spotless and thoughtfully put together, with a private balcony facing the sea. The B&B is right on the waterfront in central Civitavecchia, a short walk from both the port and train station. Rome is fairly close too, and we were able to visit tourist spots without hassle. We went in August, which is a low season for Italians, and would highly recommend it. We left with full hearts and lovely memories. Thank you, Loris and Ambra 💛
