Excellent Wi-Fi and location, but what a shame about the room. It was disgustingly tiny, barely passable for two people, and definitely unsuitable for elderly guests. It's on the third floor of a 1900s building with no elevator and steep stairs. There was no way to get into bed from either side, so we had to climb in at the footboard. The air conditioning didn't work, and the broken window wouldn't close, leaving us freezing. There wasn't a duvet, only a spring blanket. The bathroom was in terrible condition and had barely any hot water. It took 7-8 minutes for hot water to reach the sink, which was so small an adult couldn't wash their face without getting water on their legs. I don't think it would work for children up to 6 either. There was no closet or place to unpack a suitcase or air out clothes. The bathroom had no towel rack or toothbrush holder, so we put everything on the bidet. I stayed one day, then Booking.com found me another place. La Posada refunded the accommodation cost, but not the day I spent there without even managing to shower.

What a disappointment. After so many trips, this is the first time I've had problems with Booking. They promise one thing, but the reality is completely different. When issues came up, they hid and wouldn't deal with them in person, communicating only by email. I'm so sorry I paid everything in advance.

The worst stay of my life. The staff were rude and dishonest, and I could only speak with them by phone. We were told the room was on the second floor, but it was actually on the third, with 25 cm steps, which was a problem given my knees. For four days, there were only two coffee pods and no sugar. The bed was so close to the wall, with just 20 cm beside it, that we had to crawl in from the foot to reach the pillows. The bidet was too close to the wall to use. There was nowhere to set down our things: no shelves or bedside tables, no room for suitcases, no towel rack or toilet paper holder, and not even a hook for a bathrobe. Of the three spotlights, only one worked.
