Each room takes inspiration from a different artist, which gave ours a special feel, and after a full day snowboarding, the in-room jacuzzi was perfect for unwinding. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed, with a breathtaking view. The meals were delightful, and the restaurant team clearly knew their work. Staff were friendly and attentive, and we were very pleased with the hotel’s atmosphere and service. I’d recommend it for a great getaway.

I arrived at noon, used the jacuzzi and sauna, and went out for lunch. When I got back around 6, the room had been cleaned again, with fresh sheets and towels, and the bathroom and jacuzzi were spotless and dry. I’ve never had that level of care before. I’m very particular about hygiene, especially in bathrooms, jacuzzis, and bed linen, so this really impressed me. The rooms have distinctive artistic design, almost like an alpine gallery, and the staff are kind, professional, and attentive. In a great spot in Canazei, with an elegant, cozy atmosphere. A well-earned five-star stay.

Gabriele at the bar made our visit a great experience. He was accommodating and has a lovely personality. Esther at reception was very helpful too, explaining everything about the hotel and showing us some rooms. They’re amazing and full of artwork. We’ll stay here again next time we’re in the Dolomites.

We spent three days at Hotel Locanda and felt welcome from the moment we arrived, thanks to its warm, homely atmosphere. The room was tidy and exceptionally clean, with care given to every detail; the bed was comfortable and the window view stunning. Breakfast was varied, fresh, and delicious. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to advise or help with a smile. Small personal touches made the stay feel special: chocolates with a handwritten greeting were waiting in our room on day one, and on our last day they surprised us with a small bottle of wine to celebrate the end of the holiday. We felt seen as people, not just another guest. It was a perfect experience that went beyond our expectations. Highly recommend for the pleasant atmosphere and excellent hospitality. 10/10.
