Great place, bit like a Blackpool BnB but cheaper and way better . Breakfast is superb and worth 25% of the rental on it`s own. Staff are friendly, bar is cheap. I`m going back very soon. If you want 5 star book a 5 star. If you want a budget place that`s great value this is it.

I may have been unlucky with my room, but a weird contraption, unifying a toilet, a bidet and a shower into one monstrosity wich makes the bathroom uninhabitable is beyond good and evil. On the plus side - it is nicely located. All other pros and cons are typical for an Italian hotel - you're gonna hear EVERYTHING thats happening on your floor, the breakfast is scarce and the wi-fi is a bit slow. Not the worst place I've stayed, but close to it.

Great place in Rimini. In the heart of the city, 200 meters from the sea. However, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. Very clean and comfortable. Big recommendation for everyone.
