The old town center location is spot on, and the room was comfortable. Staff were pleasant and helpful. It's close to the rail station and bus links, which make getting to the beachfront easy. If you're going to a conference at the Palacongressi, I'd especially recommend staying here. It's only a 15-20 minute walk through a nice park.

I booked in July and checked with the hotel several times before arriving to make sure everything was okay. On check-in day they texted to ask when I'd get there, and I replied. Two hours later, while I was about to board my plane, Booking.com sent an automatic message saying my reservation had been cancelled. I called the hotel and realized how unbelievably unprofessional they were. Do yourself a favor and don't book this place. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The location is good, and the price would be good if they sorted out a few problems. The room was huge but basic. Reception isn't open around the clock, staff were rarely around, and they speak almost no English. The Wi-Fi code they gave me was wrong. I'm from Scotland, so the broken air conditioning made things tough. It showed my room at 29.4 degrees but didn't cool it. They fixed it after a very sweaty first night, but it was so weak the room only cooled by about 0.5 degrees each day. Even after a week it was still 24. I wouldn't come back.

This superior three-star hotel has just eight rooms and sits right in central Rimini, at Tre Martiri square. The spacious rooms and apartments have a modern smart design, and the staff are kind and helpful. Breakfast is included, with lots of tasty options, and it's served where the coffee next door is.
