Hotel new arpa

We were left waiting on the street for an hour because they had changed our rooms. Every 15 minutes we heard “one moment,” and they asked for our names seven times. They didn't seem to know how to speak English, and the whole situation was annoying for everyone staying there. When we finally got a room, it was very poor quality even though we'd paid for the best one. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It ruined our vacation.

The staff were friendly and really helpful. Top service.

The location was excellent, but I won't repeat this experience. My car was broken into while it was parked in the hotel's lot beside the entrance, which cost €10 a day. Everything inside was stolen. When I told the staff, nobody did anything. There was a sign saying the lot had surveillance cameras, but when I asked to see the footage, I was told there weren't any cameras.

The chef made some fantastic seafood dishes, and the meals were truly delicious. We were on full board, and even though we were the only guests there, the staff were always available to prepare food and accommodate us. The room was basic but had everything we needed, and it was kept clean. The receptionist and chef welcomed us straight away, even though it was late. The waitress looking after us was extremely kind and happy to help with our needs. Whenever we came back, someone was there to greet us with a smile and a hello. The staff made us feel comfortable and happy with our holiday. My partner and I had a lovely weekend at New Arpa Hotel, and we'd highly recommend it.
