We were impressed by how professional and kind the staff were, both at reception and in the breakfast room. Breakfast was nice, and our room was spotless. We didn’t hear any traffic thanks to the excellent soundproofing. There was a reasonable charge to park our car at the hotel. The location is central in the marina, with an easy walk to the city center and nice restaurants. In summer, the beach is right there. The city center looked lovely with its festive lights at this time of year. Our room included access to the spa, but we didn’t have time to try it.

We were traveling with our 7-month-old, and the staff made things easy with a pack-n-play and a chair for her at breakfast. That breakfast was phenomenal, and the front desk staff were a delight. We came from The USA to Rimini in late September to see an Italian coastal town in the off season, and Hotel De Londres was a wonderful find. The sea views were amazing, and we loved the rooftop tub and spa. The rooms were clean and pretty, with large comfortable beds, good air conditioning, and hot showers. It had everything we wanted from a place to stay.

The one issue was noise for rooms facing the street: there’s an open-air cafe directly opposite, and its DJ plays loud music until 1:00 AM. I believe that’s only on Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday nights, probably just in the summer months. Apart from that, everything was 10/10. This is one of the best 4-star hotels we’ve stayed in, with a good location for both the old city and the beach, friendly service, quality furnishings, and a nice breakfast. It’s clearly well run.

The reception team were so polite that they offered to make lunch boxes for us because our flight left too early. They cleaned the room and changed the bed each day. Super clean and super friendly. I’d rate the service even higher if I could. Really recommend it.

A lovely, clean room and a breakfast that was more than adequate. The hotel itself is beautiful and sits in a great spot along the esplanade, though it’s a bit of a walk to the town centre.
