Grand Hotel Rimini Residenza Parco Fellini

Breakfast was amazing. The room was great, and the mattress and pillows were really comfortable.

The rooms were larger than I expected, spotless, and full of natural light from the big windows. The bathrooms were especially clean. Having access to all the Grand Hotel facilities made up for this annex not having a fifth floor, and it felt fully up to four-star standards. We were only passing through and wished we could have stayed more than one night. The only possible downside was the soundproofing. I'm a light sleeper, though, so that may just be personal. From arrival, we felt looked after and on vacation.

We really liked the marble bathroom, with both a tub and shower, and the room looked out toward the grand hotel and the sea. The room itself was roomy, welcoming, and comfortable. The whole property is very well cared for, inside and out. Breakfast had a wide range of sweet and savory options, and the selected prosecco was excellent. It was served in a large, beautiful hall. The staff were kind.

The breakfast was very good, though it felt like a four-star offering without the premium touch you'd expect from a five-star hotel. The reception manager was a bright spot, with a kindness, class, and politeness that felt from another era. The shared spaces in both the Grand Hotel and the reception area are beautiful. Parco Fellini residence is an annex to the main building, and it has a nostalgic, faded-luxury feel. My room was shabby and poorly maintained, though generally clean, and there were moths in the bathroom, possibly because of the humidity. The price for what you get is INSANE. At €250-350 a night, I'd expect ten times more. There are definitely better places around Rimini for much less.
