We've stayed here two years in a row and had a really good time. Tino and Soni are warm, kind owners, and there's a good selection of fresh food at each meal so you can choose what you like. The rooms have enough space, wardrobes, and recently renovated bathrooms. The cleaning ladies do a great job. I'd recommend it for a week or two in Rimini.

The beach partner, Rinato 69, was a real highlight: beautiful, well organized, with great umbrellas and loungers and impeccable service. The hotel also has its own parking, which was a lifesaver in August. I stayed in mid-August and found the location peaceful, away from the bustle and just a few minutes on foot from the beach. Staff were extremely kind and available, from check-in through breakfast. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were generous buffets with plenty of hot and cold dishes, all good quality, and the full-board price was very satisfying. The property is clean and well kept, though the furniture and bathrooms look dated and could use some updating. For the price, that felt more than justified. A relaxing stay, with excellent value and a great location. Recommended if you want what you need without luxury pretensions.

The room was a little small for three people, but everything else was great. Cleaning was perfect, the food was varied and good, and the hotel is very convenient for the beaches. There's an affiliated parking lot with a shuttle. Special mention to the owner and all the staff, who were really kind and attentive.
