We enjoyed the Firenze room and might try one of the other suites or rooms next time. Alberto Sangil was gracious and very focused on service, and meeting his mother, Maria Ortiz, was a pleasure too. The property was clean, comfortable, luxurious, and very well run, in a convenient spot in Civitavecchia. We've already recommended LS & S to friends who cruise and plan to return to Civitavecchia for future trips from Rome.

The location put shops, restaurants, and delicious gelato within easy reach. Our recently renovated suite was clean and comfortable, and the house host was incredibly helpful and sweet. My husband and I loved our two-night stay before our cruise. We were welcomed so warmly, and we'll absolutely stay here again when we return to Civitavecchia.

Our room, The Roma, was clean, with a massive balcony and a great bathroom. Good water pressure and temperature, and the check-in and service were easy. The hostess was super helpful and nice. The property is close to the port and the town's must-see spots. They offer a small, fresh, good complimentary breakfast. Tea and water are free, while coffee, Expresso, soda, juices, and other drinks cost a reasonable amount. The only downside was getting just two towels, with extras costing $10 euros.

The room décor was fantastic, and the hotel was clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and took time to explain everything. I really enjoyed the delicious breakfast. We stayed here after coming back from our cruise, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Civitavecchia.

A perfect spot before our cruise. The room was clean, the beds were comfy, and the staff were amazing and so helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Lifestyle and Suites.
