I booked a double room for 110 euros, room rental with breakfast, not a hotel. It was freezing outside, and after a long drive we were glad to stop for a warm shower and a restful night. Instead, the room was so cold it felt colder than outside, right down to our bones. The lady said the heating was programmed and would warm up, but why welcome guests without turning on the heat first? Were we supposed to wait for the room to warm up before showering? I had booked three days ahead, so she should have been ready for us. I paid and left. This place doesn't deserve a star.

We only went to the restaurant for dinner, but what a memorable meal. The owner cooked some of the best Tuscan food, and you can tell she loves feeding her guests. Grazie mille for a wonderful evening!

The owner is lovely and provides breakfast for free in her restaurant, where you can also have dinner. The rooms are spacious, pleasant, and have great views in every direction, though getting to them means climbing a few flights of stairs. The town sits on a hill and feels cozy and welcoming. Arezzo is a 25-minute drive away, as are the beautiful Chianti vineyards. The road up to the village is steep, narrow, and a little confusing, but you'll find your way. A good place to stay while visiting Tuscany. Recommended.

I contacted the owner four days ahead to ask politely to cancel the room because of an urgent family issue. She didn't seem to care and said she'd still charge me for the room and one night. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends.

Lovely place in a small town, which I think has fewer than a hundred people. I had one of the best fiorentina steaks I've ever eaten, something like a T-bone. Service
