The room was spotless and had everything we needed, and the property itself is beautiful. We don't drink coffee, so Francesca and Maurizio even made sure there was barley coffee ready for us the next morning. They were so kind and thoughtful about every detail. It was a wonderful stay, and I hope we can see them again soon.

Breakfast is arranged directly with the staff, so there aren't fixed times. The rooms are beautifully kept, with period furniture, and everyone was very friendly. I was especially impressed that they contacted me the day before arrival with the final instructions. A really charming hotel, and I'll definitely return.

We couldn't go after all because of our own limitations, unfortunately, but Mr. Maurizio was incredibly kind, professional, and available throughout. That kind of empathy and humanity is rare. My family and I hope to see him soon. Best wishes, Carlos.

Courtesy, quality, and warm hospitality are what stand out here. Maurizio, Francesca, Elena, and Riccardo manage this distinctive residence with real care, in a Tuscan village that feels suspended between earth and sky.

A charming, very well-kept residence, and extremely clean. The service is courteous and helpful, and pets are accepted without restrictions. The building and the village do have architectural barriers, though.
