We paid for three meals a day for seven days, but lunch and dinner were plain pasta every day, barely cooked, along with raw meat and stale bread. The showers were held together with bolts and had no warm water. Doors were broken, there were holes in the walls, and the windows wouldn't lock, leaving the rooms cold. We found bedbugs and dirty towels, including one with poo. The cleaners steal. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Never again.

Sammy's smile brought joy to my day and to my colleagues' too, and his quiet voice had a reassuring warmth to it. The bread he handed out was the real highlight: a golden crust that crunched just right, with soft, flavorful bread inside. He clearly put care into it. The rest of the hotel staff were kind as well.

After skiing all day at the nearby resort, I was looking forward to dinner, and Sammy, the bread guy, made it even better by handing out delicious bread to all the guests. He helped bring my energy and spirits back and made a good hotel stay that much better. Sammy deserves a raise for cheering everyone up.

Everyone else was lovely too, but Sammy is the one I'll remember. He brought me bread with such a warm, grand smile that he brightened my day, and I'll never forget all he did for me and my friends. We love you.

Sammy's warm smile really stayed with me and even gave me a new outlook on life. And the nourishment he provided, all those valuable carbs, helped make skiing on the slopes possible. What a guy, the man, the myth, the legend.
