10/10
We were in town with a group from Australia for football, and the staff were so accommodating. The food was tasty and nicely presented, though a few healthier choices for the athletes would have helped. The rooms had enough space for two people, and the heated towel rails were a nice touch. The main problem was the heat: the central heating was preset and couldn't be changed. Luckily, we had a balcony to air out our room, while most of the group had to open their windows.

The outdoor spaces were a real plus, with well-kept greenery and a pool in great condition, and breakfast was another standout. There was plenty of choice, fresh ingredients, and careful presentation. Hotel Turing itself feels modern and elegant, with interiors that are both attractive and practical, and the property was impeccably maintained. Staff were courteous and attentive while still being discreet, and their warm, professional service added a lot to the stay. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and a refined, memorable stay.

The hotel was lovely, the food was great, and my room was spotless. But the reception experience was awful, and that’s why I’m giving it one star. Gwendalin was especially rude and discourteous, speaking in an arrogant, aggressive way. Even when I asked for directions, she acted like I was a serious nuisance, and her English was terrible. I had to deal with her at both check-in and check-out. The front desk matters a lot in a hotel, and feeling unwelcome in a place for tourists was the worst part. I won’t return, and I’ll actively tell others to stay away because of reception.

Really quiet place, with a nice spa and a good breakfast.

We came for a soccer trip, and the soccer fields were great. The hotel itself is nice, and the view of the outdoor pool was good. The gym is a letdown for family members: there are four exercise machines, but the rest of the equipment is in the basement garage. That felt creepy and unsafe.
