The bedrooms are beautiful, and the place is peaceful with private parking. The staff are great and make up for it being a little overpriced. Breakfast is small and simple, though maybe that's because I'm American and we eat too much. I'm pretty sure the place is haunted, but its otherworldly guests weren't much trouble.

A great base for visiting Villa Manin and its exhibitions, and Codroipo is very close by. The service and assistance were excellent. 👌👏👏

The garden is wonderful in summer, and there's a beautiful pool. Breakfast was full and satisfying, and the rooms are welcoming and well equipped. It's a lovely place to relax or enjoy events at the villa. The resort sits in the wonderful setting of famous Villa Marin and feels like a real gem, elegant and timeless, with refined furnishings crafted by antique experts. Everything was extremely clean, and it feels like a delightful step into the past. Donata and Alice were incredibly welcoming. Alice looked after her guests with so much care and professionalism. An excellent stay, highly recommended. 🤩

Just steps from Villa Manin, this is a beautiful, welcoming resort with tasteful furnishings and a quiet atmosphere. Our spacious room and the excellent breakfast in the lovely dining room made for a wonderful stay. The pool felt magical, and the owner was very kind and helpful.
