The menu is very basic and the food was mediocre. At least the waitress was nice, since the manager was truly rude and unpleasant. She should obviously find another job.

The bombardino was easily the best part. If I’d come just for that, I’d have given five stars. We paid less than €17 per person, which seemed reasonable for the location, but most of the food was disappointing. The sandwiches were normal-sized and cost about €8 on average, with very little filling. The mocetta and Fontina one was awful. There was so little Fontina that I couldn’t taste it, and it looked sliced paper-thin. I’d have used three portions of Fontina and two of Mocetta myself. The stuffed focaccia was served cold, and the zucchini inside wasn’t grilled enough, so it was watery. The lard and Fontina sandwich was forgettable too. Tasting it blind, I couldn’t have named the ingredients because there was so little of them. Everyone found the Moroccan coffees disappointing as well, saying they tasted like mini café au lait. It may have been one of the busiest times in months, and when we arrived we were told to expect a 40-minute wait. We agreed and said we weren’t in a hurry. In the end, the sandwiches came after 25 minutes.
