TD Dimora del Giglio with Organic Garden with Pool

The room was hot, there was no air conditioning, and when I went to shut the door, the handle came off in my hand. That was after turning on the water and having the faucet knob come off too. The bed was falling apart, the closets were dusty and full of cobwebs, and there were spiders and webs everywhere in a really run-down room. The place itself is beautiful, just as Booking describes it, but during Covid the owner didn't ask anyone for a green pass. We were put in a small room with the rest of the place shared, which the website doesn't say. When I complained, the owner told me to cancel the booking so he could give me a cash discount for the night. Embarrassing. For about 20 euros more or less, you can surely find somewhere better. I work in the restaurant business too, but this is something else. I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy. Go elsewhere, seriously.

It looks nice and is very relaxing, but the place is isolated, which could be a problem for someone who feels uneasy about that. The bathroom is private, the kitchen is shared, and breakfast isn't included. There was dust and cobwebs, the bed was stained, and the pool water was murky enough that it was hard to see the bottom. The water also kept going off, so we had to go turn it back on, and the faucet handle came off in my hand.

A truly horrible experience. The linens were appalling, and handles kept falling off the furnishings. The property was very dirty, with cobwebs, spiders, and other insects everywhere. The description gave a misleading impression of a high-end stay and of the peace and relaxation you'd expect in the Apulian countryside. They were renting a shared room in an apartment-like building, though it isn't really an apartment, and this wasn't clearly explained during the COVID era. The price was exorbitant for what we got. Given the situation, we practically slept in our car. Disgusting, an experience to forget.

Great place for anyone who loves insects. We opened the door and three spiders came out from underneath it. There were cobwebs all over the corners and around the doors, and a millipede in the bed. The sheets were dirty too. In the bathroom, there was hair on the floor and a big bug by the shower. In the kitchen, I found a dead millipede on the counter, with cobwebs on the windowsill. The house is isolated in the countryside, which made the whole thing feel like Halloween. I ended up sleeping in the car.
