Hotel Gran Ciasa

The spa was such a lovely little retreat, and the location worked perfectly for us. We spent 7 days here as a family from Croatia and had a wonderful time. The rooms were bright and spacious, everything was spotless, and the food had plenty of variety and tasted great. The staff were both professional and friendly. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel. We’ll definitely be back.

Right in the middle of the Dolomites, and the food and service were both top notch. A special mention for Michele. Our room felt a bit dated, but it was very clean. A great hotel.

The wellness center was a lovely place to unwind after days out exploring, and Hotel Gran Ciasa is conveniently placed for nearby attractions and public transport. I found the staff warm from the moment I arrived, and check-in was quick and easy. My room was spacious, spotless, and had everything I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the interiors throughout the hotel were beautifully decorated. The building itself is impressive too. Breakfast had lots of tasty options for different tastes. I also had dinner at the restaurant, where the dishes were flavorful and inventive. There are spa and fitness facilities as well, which I made good use of. I had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The comfortable room, helpful service, and convenient location made it a great base for my visit.

After a long day skiing or hiking, the spa is a wonderful place to relax. We’ve been coming back for three years and really like the apartments. They’re very clean, with daily housekeeping, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is tasty, though on the expensive side. You can ski out and back to the apartment, with about a 20m walk if you get it right. Warmly recommended!
