The surroundings are peaceful and pleasant, and the heating was excellent. The apartment was clean and tidy, and large, with two floors. It’s conveniently close to the ski slopes and gondola. The host was very accessible and accommodating.

I stayed at Apartments La Pineta in Colfosco in summer 2024. It’s in a quiet spot, with good access to public transportation and Colfosco shops. The apartment was beautiful, new, spacious, and had every comfort. The owner was extremely kind and always available.

We had two fantastic ski holidays at the Alpin Apartments, thanks in part to the wonderful hosts. The place is quiet but still central, with slopes, restaurants, and shops easy to reach on foot. The Dolomites views are fantastic, too. We’ll definitely come back when the grandchildren are ready to learn to ski. Thank you!

The slopes are around 300 meters away, and there’s also a ski bus stop right next to the house. A small, pleasant supermarket with fresh bread rolls is about the same distance. The apartment was nice. Its furnishings are a little dated, but everything was clean and worked. The landlord was very friendly. After 36 cm of fresh snow, he cleared it with a shovel in the morning so the snow blower wouldn’t wake the tenants. He didn’t start the blower until after 9 a.m.

I was especially pleased by how kind and helpful the owner was, and I really appreciated it. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well maintained, and the ski slopes are easy to reach on foot. I also loved the decor, particularly the stunning dining room. I absolutely recommend it!
