The family who run the place are really friendly and speak a little English. Our room was cleaned every day, and breakfast was typically Italian, mostly sweet things, with delicious homemade cakes and fruit from the garden. The lake is nearby, and there's a shopping mall a short drive away. I'd highly recommend it for couples.

The hosts are super nice, and we had a fantastic stay. We slept well in the comfortable beds, enjoyed the great room view, and thought breakfast was perfect. They also suggested a super restaurant within walking distance. Hard to find much to fault. Getting here by car is probably more convenient than walking, though it's not very far from the shore.

B&B Villa Simona was a great base for our first trip to Lake Como, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the area. The building itself felt like a little paradise, and our sparkling-clean room had a lovely bathroom and a stunning view over the lake. Marta and Simona greeted us and were among the kindest people we've ever met. They really wanted to make sure everything was as good as possible. There were a few small communication issues, but Google Translate handled them. Breakfast had everything, unlike most "Italian breakfasts". Nothing was missing, and they even broke up cakes from the morning, which was fantastic.

The gardens were lovely, and the rooms were beautiful and clean, with gorgeous views. Breakfast was lovely too. The hosts and staff are so charming and friendly, they made us feel welcome. It was just a wonderful, magical experience. I'll highly recommend it to all my friends.

I stayed here in May and really liked it. The house is cozy, clean, and tidy, with everything thought through down to the last detail. In the evenings it smells of baking, which makes it feel like home. The owner, Simona, and her daughter are very friendly and take good care of you. I'd highly recommend this place to others.
