The location is nice and the price is lower than some other options, but the Wi-Fi was unusable, with a weak signal on Wi-Fi 4. The pans were terrible, and the shower was coming apart. I just hoped it wouldn't break while I was there, since the host asks for a 200 euro deposit and I wasn't sure I'd get it back. Booking was a real hassle too. They wanted my ID number and a bunch of other details, then asked to write all that down again when I arrived. Gas usage is charged separately as well, at 4.5 euros per m^3.

We stayed at the Belvedere house and had a wonderfully relaxing holiday. It was peaceful, with a lovely pool, and everything was clean, cozy, and well cared for, inside and out. The owners were incredibly kind and always available. We wholeheartedly recommend it and would love to return.

We've stayed at Belvedere A/B three times now, and the owners continue to look after everything so well. The house is quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac, and the furnishings are perfectly adequate. Everything is provided and clean. Each morning the pool is cleaned, with plenty of loungers and seating around it. From there, the lake and surrounding mountains look magnificent. We stayed at Lina, Oasi e relax and really enjoyed it. Mrs. Rezzonico was kind and friendly, took care of things like the pool, and was available whenever an issue came up. The place matched its description, and we can highly recommend it.

Belvedere A has a lovely pool and sits somewhere very quiet. We loved the rooftop terrace and its stunning view over Lake Como. Renza, the hardworking, English-speaking housekeeper, was discreet but always available. Kids would love her! I'd definitely recommend the apartment, its owner, and the area.
