I loved the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, and the view over the surrounding countryside is wonderful, especially from the pool. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities you need. The property is easy to reach by car, so it’s convenient for day trips to nearby towns and for going out to eat. A unique place that I’d highly recommend.

The setting made it easy to explore Umbria's main sights, and it was wonderfully quiet, green, and had a lovely view and pool. The apartment has been renovated really well, with a practical layout and a kitchen stocked with what you need. The staff were warm and helpful. Valentina and Angelo.

The kitchen was fully equipped, and the property itself is gorgeous, traditional, and beautifully restored. But during my two very cold nights, the apartment stayed chilly for a long time. There is a pellet stove, though it took hours to warm the room, partly because I needed time to work out how to use it. The owner also required payment upfront.

The farmhouse and its pool are beautiful, and our superior apartment was spacious, with a TV and a brand-new bathroom. Still, the cockroaches were a serious problem. We saw many during the stay, even with the doors and windows shut, and the place really needs disinfection. Despite the daily cleaning service, the sheets and towels weren't changed during our four days. We made our own beds and cleared the breakfast dishes. On the last day, after getting lots of bites, we went to a pharmacy and were immediately given an antihistamine for bed bug bites. The owner's communication with us was difficult, and he didn't even say hello on our last day. His children were helpful, kind, and polite, but the relationship between the owner and guests needs work. It's a shame, because the setting itself was wonderful and we left very disappointed.
