Nearly everything here is made on-site, and the ingredients really come through. The cured meats are a must, and the cheeses were just as good. I also enjoyed the first courses, while the locally sourced meat was delicious and cooked well. The staff were attentive and knew both the food and where it came from. I only know the restaurant, though I imagine the rest of the experience is just as good. We had planned to come back in August, but it no longer fits our itinerary. We'll make it another time. It's a restaurant worth visiting, with excellent ingredients, good value, summer dining on the terrace, and no parking trouble.

My husband and I went for dinner this evening and found a place that feels like it's from another time, where everything slows down. It was a lovely discovery. The quality of the products was clear, and everything we ate was delicious. Definitely worth trying.

The owners are so kind, and the food is authentic and local. They even serve cured meats made by the family farm. It's a farmhouse surrounded by green, where the morning brings birdsong and, in the distance, the sound of a tractor working the land.

The owner was incredibly kind, and the restaurant was AMAZING. We had a real taste of Umbrian food, with local ingredients and excellent homemade cured meats. Highly recommend!!

We ate dinner at this inn every night of our short stay in Canalicchio. The food was wonderful, carefully cooked without too much salt, and made with very high quality ingredients. The wine didn't make my head spin, which I notice straight away. Thank you so much. I hope the care you put into your work brings you some reward and eases your soul.
