The staff were wonderful, and breakfast was excellent. The rooms and shared areas are a little worn and could use some attention, but nothing was terrible.

The staff made this stay for me. Even with the hotel full in mid-August, they handled things efficiently and professionally, and really went out of their way to make guests comfortable. I had an early bus to catch, and when they realized I hadn’t woken up, two staff members knocked to check that I was awake and okay. The breakfast buffet had a wide range of fresh, tasty food, and the rooms were spacious and clean. I can’t recommend the hotel enough. Grazie mille for the stay!

The rooms were clean, and having free parking in the garage was useful, though it took a bit of effort to find it. Breakfast was quite basic, mostly sweet, and the salami wasn’t very good. The air conditioner was positioned so it blew straight onto the bed.

Everything we needed at a basic level was there, and the staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent!

It’s clean and charming, though a little old, and breakfast was good. There’s a cozy restaurant on site where you can get pizza, which seemed very popular for takeaway. Signora Margherita was lovely, kind, and helpful. She suggested another route out of town to avoid traffic, along the Elsa river, and it was the best way. It took us beyond town toward via Francigena.
