The house was perfect, a romantic farmhouse with everything we needed. Outside, the unspoiled countryside was full of cows, hares, and deer. Such an enchanting experience. I highly recommend it.

We stayed in the Ulivi 2 apartment, and I highly recommend it. The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained, and the owner takes great care of guests. It's a wonderful, quiet place tucked among the Umbrian hills. You wake up to birdsong and views of greenery.

The price is reasonable, and the place is lovely, about 20 minutes from central Gubbio. There’s an outdoor pool for summer use. Cleanliness and the on-site help could be better.

The apartment has everything you need, and it’s a peaceful, pleasant spot away from the usual routes. The owner is very friendly and stops by several times each day. There’s little to no signal and there are horse flies, which some may see as a plus. No mosquito nets either, which can be annoying.
