If you're staying overnight in Colle, this is the right place. It's in a beautiful building, and the owner is more than friendly. A phenomenal spot.

The rooms feel more like home than a luxury hotel, and the prices aren't exaggerated. It's a welcoming, familiar place for a quiet stay in a fantastic part of Tuscany. The lady who greets you is always smiling and makes you feel good as soon as you meet her. I travel with a hand-reared parakeet and was nearly turned away, but when I asked for a little privacy, she agreed to let me have the room. In the Christmas season, when it's constantly cold, the heaters come on in the mornings and evenings and keep things warm throughout the day. The facilities have no amenities for people with these disabilities, so I definitely wouldn't recommend it for wheelchair users. Still, I really appreciate the quality for the price.

Mrs. Angela was warm and welcoming, knew the area well, and worked around my breakfast times despite her busy schedule. The breakfast was generous, and the bright breakfast room was lovely. My room was fantastic, everything was spotless, even the flower-decorated towels, and the heating was excellent. The furnishings and layout are beautiful, too. I stayed three nights in November while attending a selection at the nearby ITS. The flower and plant decorations outside had already caught my eye. For the price, the place is worth much more. It couldn't be better... ;)

The B&B sits just behind Piazza Sant'Agostino, with Piazza Arnolfo and the bus terminal nearby. It's also close to the elevator, which makes getting around convenient. Elisabetta manages the place very well. There are five rooms on different floors, and some look out over Colle Val d'Elsa's historic center and the Arnolfo Tower. Breakfast is Italian style, WiFi is free, and parking is available 50 meters away and visible from the rooms. Good value for money, I'd recommend it.

Elisabetta made us feel very welcome, and she's both professional and friendly. The B&B is well placed for exploring all of Colle di Val d'Elsa, with free parking just a few meters away and a small terrace looking over Colle Alta. Our room was comfortable, tidy, and spotless. I could happily have stayed for weeks. Highly recommended 😉
