From the terrace, plaster fell off the wall and splashed onto a plate. The place generally needs better upkeep, especially for the price, which isn't cheap. The apartment is close to the center and beach and has a sea view, but it was in poor condition and dirty. There was hair on the mattress cover, pillows, and in the shower. It had almost none of the basics, such as hand soap, dish soap, sponges, toilet paper, or garbage bags. We had to buy it all, something we'd never had to do before.

We were very happy with our stay, especially for the price. The residence sits above a pine forest, and everything was lovely and quiet. The apartments are simple, spacious, and have what you need, including plenty of outdoor space. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, though maybe I've just put on a lot of weight. The beach and village of Proccuoio are just outside the residence. You can walk down, perhaps 7-800 meters, or drive and park in the free hourly parking.

We had a sea view from our room, and the location was sensational, cool, breezy, and panoramic. It's in a slightly hilly area, about a 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the center of Procchio. The rooms are spacious and simple but comfortable, with comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The owners were kind and helpful, and gave us a great phone tour of the property while we were booking. Highly recommended, congratulations!

The location gives this apartment complex in Procchio a lot of potential, but after spending two weeks there, we found it run-down inside and out. Our apartment was very dirty. The mattress cover had hair all over it, though the caretaker promptly replaced it when we reported it. A sense of neglect showed everywhere: peeling baseboards, moldy paint outside, dirty curtains, and dead or plucked hedges meant to divide the verandas. There was a musty smell throughout. The owners need to bring the property up to a standard that suits its price, which is certainly not cheap.
