We stayed one night at the Edera Hotel in Procchio for the Elba Marathon last May 10th. The owner and staff were kind and hospitable, which made our weekend unforgettable. Breakfast was rich and tasty, and they helped us in every way. Being able to shower after the race was priceless. Highly recommended, and I hope to return soon.

It feels like home now. We’re always welcomed with the same smile and affection, and the rooms are spotless and neat, with that classic Hotel Edera smell that tells us the holiday has started. Francesco is so efficient in the dining room and welcoming, a real professional. Jacopo in the kitchen is a sure thing now, his food is always delicious, and you come home two kilos heavier. Mirella’s kindness and warm welcome are a constant bit of pampering, from the moment you arrive until you leave. The Edera is what it is because of them. Thank you for everything, see you next year! We can’t wait!!!

It’s a simple hotel, but well organized, with consistently spotless rooms. It’s handy for getting to the best-known beaches and the popular villages in the evening. The chef is skilled and imaginative, serving fish dishes every evening, along with quality options for adults and children. The waiter is thorough and quick. There’s only one person in the kitchen and dining room, but they’re organized so well it seems like there are several. Highly recommended for couples and families. If we return to Elba, we’ll definitely choose it again.
