Pescara House

The big window looking out over the Pescara beaches is gorgeous, and there's free parking in the area. The apartment is modern, recently renovated, and tastefully furnished, with everything needed. The owners are kind and helpful. They supplied cooking basics like pots, pans, dishes, salt, and oil, along with soap and coffee capsules. They also replaced used towels and cleaned the room daily. There are beach clubs, restaurants, shops, grocery stores, and places to visit close by.

The hosts are very kind and willing to help with any needs, and the location makes it easy to reach both the sea and the city center. There are supermarkets, restaurants, delis, and plenty of other services nearby. The small attic studios are carefully put together, with some offering lovely sea views. Air conditioning works very well, and there's an induction hob and enough tableware for simple meals. Salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar are provided, as is a generous choice of packaged breakfast items. There are also small shared spaces indoors and outside.

The view is breathtaking, the location is excellent, and the place is fully equipped and extremely clean. The owners are kind and helpful, and made me feel like a guest rather than just a customer. I highly recommend staying here. Thanks so much, Donatella!

The rooms have been newly renovated and are well equipped. From bed, you can look straight out at the sea. Breakfast is already set out in the room, so you can choose when to have it. Everything is clean and well kept, and guests can use the terrace or balcony in the afternoon sun. We tried the included airport pickup and were warmly welcomed when they collected us. I'd happily come back, it's a perfect alternative to a hotel.
