We were right in the heart of Pescara, a few minutes on foot from both the main street and the sea. The owner was very kind and available whenever we had questions or needed information. The apartment is fully equipped, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, dishes, a washing machine, hairdryer, drying rack, ironing board, microwave, and anything else you might need. It’s clean and well maintained, with private parking. The terrace is comfortable and well placed for eating breakfast or dinner outdoors. The bedroom is on the fourth floor, with direct elevator access. Definitely a place to stay.

Marina was kind and helpful, which made our stay even nicer. The apartment is new, beautiful, and well maintained, with a charming terrace and a lovely view over Pescara’s rooftops. Private parking is a plus. It’s right in the city center in a quiet area, convenient for both the sea and nightlife. Highly recommended!

A lovely little find in a beautiful, young, and interesting city. The apartment is bright, clean, and carefully maintained, right in Pescara with convenient onsite parking. The sea is just steps away, and shops, restaurants, and nightlife are all easy to reach on foot. We also enjoyed the walk across the sea bridge. Highly recommended.

This was my first holiday on my own, and Marina’s warmth and hospitality, along with the comfort and peace here, made it wonderful! It’s close to the center and the free beach, and a good base for driving to the area’s most beautiful beaches. The apartment has everything for a pleasant stay: it’s clean and spacious, with a nice terrace, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, a small room with wardrobes for clothes and luggage, parking, and an elevator that goes straight to the apartment. On a high floor, it’s private and quiet. I had a great time in every way.

We’ll definitely return! The apartment is brand new, comfortable, and 100% clean. There’s indoor parking and another parking option just a few steps away. It’s also a great choice for either a leisure or business stay, just steps from central Pescara with everything in walking distance.
