Sarah and her staff made our stay unforgettable. They were generous, courteous, and helpful in such a natural way, and the place felt really authentic and homely. Its location was perfect: a beautiful kneipp path is a five-minute walk away, Sterzing is a lovely, cosy typical Tirolian town seven minutes by car, and a huge outlet that's even open on Sunday is a five-minute drive away. Such a cute place to stay. Thank you all! ❤😎🌷

The location worked well, with some nice restaurants nearby, and the beds were fine. Our room was a good size, but the bathroom was really small, especially the shower. It couldn't be set to a certain height, and I could barely fit in, even though I'm not a very big person. For about 130€ for one night for two people and two dogs, with an extra 12 per dog per night, the price felt high for what we got. Breakfast was the biggest problem. It ran from 08.00 to 10.00, but when we came down at 08.50 every table was covered with dirty dishes, and the bread, ham, and cheese had run out. There was nobody at reception. The owner arrived after 10-15 minutes and apologized, saying it was busy. Then we waited another 15-20 minutes for five slices of ham and some cheese, which disappeared as soon as they were put out because other guests needed to eat too. The eggs were badly underdone. It was probably the worst hotel breakfast I've had. I understand it might be busy, but I paid 130€ for one night. The rooms are old, so I expected at least a good breakfast. This was unacceptable.

After a long drive, we arrived very late and were made to feel welcome. Opening the window was a lovely surprise! The place was spotless and well kept, and breakfast was lovely, with plenty of homemade items. We'd happily recommend this hotel. Shane And Melinda (London)
