Lunch was excellent, with a refined menu, delicate flavors, and high-quality ingredients. The masseria is under new management, and we were welcomed with an outdoor aperitif. Service was impeccable, and the setting was charming, well kept, and peaceful, surrounded by nature. Compliments to the Chef and all the staff for making our family lunch so enjoyable. We'll definitely be back.

Spectacular setting, excellent food, and a very professional staff.

The pool had no umbrellas or trees for shade, and the refrigerators were always empty, so there was no way to get a snack or aperitif. Our room was small and basic, with shabby furnishings, inattentive cleaning, and an uncomfortable, cramped bathroom. It felt like a standard hotel room, not like a farmhouse. The food wasn't always fresh either. What made the stay especially frustrating was a surprise event for outside guests, with dinner and a disco that went on until 3 a.m. The property became a well-equipped venue for the party, while the guests staying in the bedrooms, including children, were ignored. I complained to reception. The staff basically apologized, but said management had made the decision. I stayed at this B&B in July 2025, and it was a real disappointment. They required payment in advance, and this is definitely a B&B, not an agriturismo. The owner or manager was never at reception when we needed to report a problem. Their poster advertised a continental breakfast with hot savory food, but once there we were asked for an extra €10 for it. This place is not worth 5 stars. It's a shame, because with better management it has potential.

The breakfast buffet was generous and fresh even though we were there outside peak season, when there were initially few guests. The staff were very courteous and did their best to meet all our wishes. It's a beautiful resort, and this certainly won't be our last stay.
