B&B Perla del Sud

The rooms and furnishings weren't what I was criticizing. I praised the room and its style, not its cleanliness, and I ended by saying the property has potential. Those are different things. We arrived well ahead of time. As requested, since the room wasn't ready, we left our bags in the lounge while the cleaning lady was waiting. She offered to put them in the room once it was accessible. Nobody made her do that, and we thanked her politely. She didn't say she would clean the room, and I don't think she wrote that she had to spend day and night with a rag in her hands. I'm not sure what ruckus you're referring to. There are only three steps to reach our room, so even assuming this imaginary commotion, there wasn't room to make one. I don't know what the purpose would have been. If you mean the coffee stains, they were already there when we arrived, and there were other people at the property too. The cleaner could have been there when we left to check that everything was in order, which it was. Reviews are meant to help us improve and grow, not to justify kind gestures someone chose to make on their own initiative. Thank you, and have a good evening.

Chiara, the owner, was so kind and available whenever we had a request. The property is fantastic, and the hospitality was wonderful. It was a great base for us to explore the whole coast. Definitely worth staying!

The owner was kind and helpful, and the peaceful, beautiful setting made for a really relaxing stay. Everything was neat and clean. I'd gladly come back and highly recommend it.

The owners were discreet but helpful throughout, and we had a wonderful time. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The rooms were well air-conditioned, and both the room and bathroom were spotless and in order. I highly recommend it.
