Matteo is a very polite, accommodating host who leaves his guests wanting for nothing. The whole property is clean and beautifully kept, with two thoughtfully made putting greens for golf fans. He also offers guiding for black bass fishing, and he's a real expert. We've gone out with him twice on the nearby rivers and loved the trips. The house sits among olive trees in a breathtaking landscape, a little way from the small village Arqua Petrarca. It's peaceful and away from traffic and tourism, just right for relaxing. With a lovely, idyllic feel, it's a fantastic place to unwind, rest, and fish. We'll definitely be back. What more could you ask for?

We were high up and the views were amazing, and there was a lovely fireplace to settle by when we got back. The accommodation was great, clean, and Matteo was always around to help. There's plenty to do nearby; we ran out of time to see it all, so we'll be back. Secure parking too. The owners were helpful and offered advice if you wanted it. A great find.

We found this one of the best places we've stayed, and would definitely recommend it. It's peaceful, the views are crazy beautiful, and the host is really nice and helpful. A lovely village is just a 10-minute walk away, and the sea is about a 40-minute drive. Great spot for family or friends.

I keep coming back about twice a year, and each visit makes me fall for this place all over again. There are several little bars and very good restaurants close by, too. Matteo's holiday house is high in the hills and feels like heaven. The Mediterranean house is awesome, very clean, and has comfortable beds. There's a kitchen and an outdoor grill where you can make memories. And that view! Lying in the hammock with a good glass of wine or a fancy drink and taking it all in is fantastic. I can really feel the positive vibes of this historic hill and place. I'm a big fan, and I know I'm not the only one.
