We had two lovely dinners at the hotel, and there was a very good spread at breakfast. My fiancé faith and I stayed this week, and the room was spacious and extremely comfortable, with a lovely vineyard view. The area is quiet, yet most vineyards in and around the Verona region are only a short drive away. Before we even arrived, Niccolo was already very helpful with all our questions. During our stay, every staff member was attentive and ready to help. The wine tasting is well worth doing: Paola’s enthusiasm for the wines and the family history made it fun and informative. It ends with a good selection of Fasoli Gino wines in a picturesque bar at the Winery. We also met several staff members afterward, who were friendly and told us about their work there. They invited us back for an aperitivo the next day. Thanks, we’ll do that next time! Hope to return soon.

We came for four nights in July 2025 for a friend’s wedding, with our 1.5-year-old, my husband, and my parents. The hotel isn’t within walking distance of much, so I was glad we rented a car. During the heat wave it let us go to a shopping mall and cool off in the air conditioning. If you’re visiting in summer and a heat wave is possible, having a car gives you more freedom to get around. The staff were the kindest, friendliest, and most attentive we’ve ever encountered in all our travels. They helped us plan day trips, arranged earlier meals when our toddler couldn’t wait until 7:30, and moved us to another room after an air conditioning problem when we arrived. The food was AMAZING, and the chef kindly made softer dishes for our teething toddler. Everyone was professional, smiling, and clearly proud of their work. We wholeheartedly recommend this resort to families looking for a peaceful getaway in Italy.

The property is beautiful, but we found the value disappointing given the high price. The Booking address is wrong, and our room had no TV, mini fridge, or ice bucket. There was no coffee in the room or washcloths, and breakfast didn’t begin until 8 a.m. We had to leave early and couldn’t reach Booking, so the hotel still charged us the Booking commission.

I was lucky my work brought me to this gem of a hotel. The setting is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, the wellness facilities are excellent, the food is exceptional, and the staff are both friendly and professional. I felt honoured to be a guest. I’m planning to return with my husband later this year to enjoy the atmosphere again, and I’m even thinking about booking the place for a yoga retreat. 🥰
