I was very disappointed by how this was handled after my father died. I had booked in February and paid a €1,000 deposit. On May 17th, I had to cancel and asked for the deposit back. Even after repeated calls and reminders, they told me the house had not been rented again, though it had. They still refused to return the money, saying the owner did not want to. I sent my father's death certificate as proof, but that made no difference. I understand there was a contract, but I expected some humanity and respect during a bereavement. This was a deeply upsetting experience.

I strongly advise against them. I bought an apartment through the agency and ran into undisclosed damage, which meant extra costs, along with vague information. The negotiations also felt unprofessional. They were slow to get the documents, putting my mortgage at risk, and then charged a very high commission. An absolutely negative experience.

About Mr. "vivi rossi's" earlier negative review: we're the owners of the apartment that was offered. We chose to reject it, which we're entirely entitled to do, so the agency isn't at fault. I don't know if the review mentions anything else, but this is about that apartment.
