I was there in June with my dog, staying in a camper van on a standard pitch. The place felt clean and airy, and the roads were well maintained. Bathrooms stayed clean, though there was no soap. There are lots of sinks for dishes and rarely a queue for the showers. There were many pigeons and mosquitoes, and we had to buy several repellents to be comfortable. You can wash a dog only in a corner by the "camper service," where you can also fill the camper with drinking water. Bike rental was 10€ for 24h, and an umbrella with 2 sunchairs cost 22€ per day. Activities for children and adults ran every day, though we didn't attend any because the adult ones started before the weather had cooled down. The beach is clean, with shallow water that's great for kids.

We had a great time here and found the campsite inexpensive. There are lovely bike rides to Porto Garibaldi, with its nice boulevard and car-free walking center, and out into the watery hinterland. Bring mosquito repellent, though. There were lots of mosquitoes at the campsite after rain, but the spirals you can light helped. The restaurant was good, the service friendly, and prices affordable. The beach bar also served delicious coffee, cocktails, and sandwiches. The cottages and glamping area are beautifully laid out, with pitches for campers, caravans, and tents. That section seems fairly new, with some sandy paths where I think they're still laying stones. There are pitches under low trees as well as sunny ones. The sanitary facilities are basic but clean, with hot showers and limited room for clothes; there was no soap. The campsite is right by a narrow sandy beach, so it's a short walk into the water. There are piers, the waves aren't very high, and the sea stays shallow for a long way. There are lots of crabs, large and small, that are hard to see, so we wore water shoes. Two nicely landscaped pools are available, but you don't have to pay for them if you're only there for the sea. In peak season they charge for a full week's rental, but I recommend calling to see if they can arrange a shorter stay. They should be changing that in September. There were plenty of spots available in September.

The restrooms were spotless, cleaner than at some 5-star campsites, thanks to the woman who keeps them that way. The entertainers are excellent and capable, too. It's a shame, though, that there's no children's restroom area, and the kids' club isn't well advertised.

We had a pitch for about two weeks in August and early September 2025, and also stayed in August 2024. The facilities are excellent, and the cleaning lady seemed to be working around the clock. The only small drawback is the long walk to get water. A few more taps would help. There's a good shop on site, an attractive selection of bungalows and mobile homes, a nice pool, and a great children's area with slides. The wide sandy beach is a very short walk away. Entertainment is a matter of taste, as it often is in Italy. The restaurant wasn't great: pizza was okay, but the rest felt impersonal and mass-produced. The town is an easy walk away and has nicer restaurants. A great spot for an Italian holiday. Plenty of Italians holiday here too, so it doesn't feel like a "purely German giant" campsite such as MdV or Union Lido.

A big holiday village, well organized and offering plenty of services.
