Park Gallanti Holiday Village

We had a perfect week with the family at Park Gallanti Village and couldn't have picked a better place. The private beach was the best, and our apartment house had everything we needed for the whole holiday. There were volleyball and football games, a great restaurant, and fun activities all day. The guests were kind, the waiters and waitresses were professional, reception was helpful, and the animation team was talented and entertaining. You could also rent a paddle or SUP. We're definitely coming back next year.

We always love coming here. It's easy to reach by car, well located, and not too far from Mirabilandia or Venice. The park is very clean and welcoming for children, with great animators and guided activities for them. There are bungalows in different sizes, which worked well for couples as well as families with several kids.

The price is above average, but so is the place. It's a family village with nice bungalows and rooms, some of the buildings have been renewed, and the gardens are very well kept. There's a large pool with a few things for children to play with, plus a private beach with an umbrella and the basics provided. Kayaks and pedal boats can be rented nearby, but not paddleboards.

The beach was dirty with seaweed and other sea debris. The water looked brown and was excessively hot, up to 30 degrees, which I put down to the many dams out front. For a four-star place, the price is too high for what's offered. Pool hours are 10-13 and 15-19. Between 13 and 15 you can sunbathe but can't swim. The football and tennis court costs 8 euros an hour, has no shade, and can only be used from 7 pm, when you're having dinner. There are two ping-pong tables, also without shade. Children's sports take place at 15.30, in the hottest part of the day, and the entertainers' activities don't vary much if you're there over a week. There's little space for the leisure facilities, and kids over six get bored after the third day. The bungalow was okay, but they never changed the sheet covers. If a plate breaks, you have to pay 2 euros. The supermarket is very hot, and it's sad seeing how hard it seems for the people working there.
