The terrace is a real plus, with loungers and a table and chairs. The place is a little dated, but works well for a short break. You’re practically ten steps from the center and about five minutes from the beach, and there’s a small supermarket in the same building. The bathroom is small, so showering may be difficult for someone with a larger body.

I’m giving it one star because there’s no lower rating. We paid the full stay upfront, and the cancellation fee was very high. After that, an email listed extra charges for sheets, towels, kitchen tablecloths and napkins, and heating or air conditioning. None of those extras had been mentioned on Booking.com, and even a single breath seemed to cost extra. The apartment was filthy and falling apart, with a moldy fridge and mattresses and a bathroom I can hardly describe. We lost the money we paid, but we literally ran away from this place.

The TV was still a cathode-ray model, and its signal kept cutting out. The toilet was another problem: after flushing, we also had to pour in a basin of water. We spent a week there, and the apartment was very dated. We paid extra for air conditioning expecting it in every room, but the unit was only in the living area. To sleep somewhere cool, I had to use the living room, where the split unit was as loud as a tractor.

The location was good, but that was about it. We stayed here with the family and found broken beds, crumbling walls with squashed insects, and a lot of dirt. It felt especially bad during the COVID period.
