This was the worst hotel and service I’ve ever experienced. The online photos looked decent, so we booked three nights. From the start, the front desk staff member was rude. He took us to the room, where the front door was so dirty I didn’t know how to touch it to open it. The AC and balcony were covered in mold, the living room couch was worn out and unusable, and the bedroom had one tiny, dirty window you couldn’t see through. There were plenty of other disgusting details too. We went back to ask about changing or upgrading the room, but the man was mean and said all the rooms were the same, asking what else we expected. We told him we couldn’t stay in a room with mold, especially since I was pregnant and had my one-year-old with me. He got frustrated and threw our documents at us. In the end, they wouldn’t even give us a full refund. So disappointing! Don’t trust the photos and descriptions. They looked like they were taken when the hotel first opened many years ago and have never been updated. Too bad I can’t upload photos here.

The rooms are clean and tidied every day, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. It’s a small, modest hotel right by the seafront, with bars and restaurants close by. Breakfast is the only meal, but it’s very good. Recommended.

We only stayed one night, but had a spacious, clean room, and they kindly brought a small bed for our baby. The hotel is close to the beach, in a very good location. I highly recommend it.
