The staff were around during the day and happy to answer questions, share advice, or bring over a coffee. Ravi, Catherina and Giada were all lovely. There was also a shared space with a fridge stocked with juice, water, and milk, plus free coffee, fruit, and cakes. Breakfast was served at a nearby bar, with a generous choice of three things. I stayed four nights and was really happy here. The building felt grand, maybe an old palace, with very high ceilings, lots of space, and impressive original artwork, mostly of Vesuvius. Even though it's right in historic Naples, it was incredibly quiet inside and I slept like a baby. I love Naples, so I'll definitely stay at Galera B & B next time. Thanks for a lovely visit!

Getting here by car isn't possible, so you'll need to leave it outside the historic center. Once there, though, the location is great. The place is really nice, with huge, fully equipped rooms, and breakfast is brought to the room. The staff are helpful and know what you need to know about Naples.

Giada was great and suggested ways to experience Napoli and its culture. The rooms were very clean, and we got a traditional Italian breakfast. You're close to the main places you need to visit. Totally recommend it!

We only had one night and wished we'd booked longer. Claudio, the owner, took us to the room, gave us time to freshen up, then returned with cold water, a map, and our keys. He tailored suggestions to the time we had and pointed us toward interesting places before we left the next day. The location worked well, between the train and port, with sights nearby and the city walkable. The place seems newly renovated, with modern fixtures and plenty of room. We had our own bathroom and a closet with a safe bolted to the wall. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. Hot water was mostly fine, though the temperature changed during a 9 a.m. shower, probably because others were using it too. We heard some alley noise, but closing the balcony doors quieted it down. Internet was usable at around 5 down and 1 up Mbps. My cell reception inside wasn't great, on Project Fi roaming with T-Mobile. Claudio also held our bags the next day while we walked around, and we picked them up closer to departure. We'd stay again and recommend it over a similarly priced hotel for the personal touches. Bring euros, since he doesn't take cards.
